We are a Florida software studio. We design, build and operate our own consumer products, and we take on selected technical work for other teams.

What we do

Product development

We take products from concept to release. That covers product definition, user research, interface design, application and backend engineering, infrastructure, and the release and review process for public distribution. We work in small teams that own a product end to end rather than handing it between specialists.

Consumer applications

Our own products are consumer mobile and web applications. We build them in house and operate them ourselves after launch, which means we are responsible for reliability, user support, content moderation, and the trust and safety systems that keep a community usable as it grows.

Technical consulting

We take on engagements where a team needs depth quickly: architecture and technical review, mobile and web application build, API and realtime systems, cloud infrastructure, analytics instrumentation, and preparing an application for App Store or Play Store submission.

How we work

Small teams, short cycles, and a working build in front of real users as early as it is useful. Four principles govern how we run projects.

Ship early and iterate. We would rather learn from a limited release than from a longer specification.
Privacy by design. We collect the minimum data a product needs to function and we delete what we no longer need.
Own the whole stack. The people who design a product also build and operate it, so decisions carry their real cost.
Measure what matters. Every product is instrumented against a small number of outcomes agreed before the build starts.

Current work

We are building a consumer social application scheduled for release in late 2026. Development, design and operations for it are handled in house.
